Jeff Price knows the St. Louis metro market. Born and raised in Jefferson County, Jeff attended St. Pius X in Festus and went on to receive a BA in history from St. Louis University. With a family history of residential development Jeff dove into the sales and development of residential lots and instantly became a top agent. With over 14 years of experience as a Realtor and more than 300 successful transactions including unimproved tracts of land, existing homes, residential lots and commercial properties, Jeff joined Hilliker Corporation in 2021 to even expand his field of expertise.

 Mr. Price is a board member of LEAP, a North Roscommon Archaeological Kilteasheen Alumni, a coach for his son and daughter’s sports teams, an amateur historian, a St. Louis Cardinals fan. He lives in Imperial and is married with three young children.
