Donna L. Williams

Director of Property Management

Donna Williams has been involved with accounting and management for over 25 years in various industries.  For 8 years, she was Controller of Bellerive Country Club during which time, Bellerive hosted the 1992 PGA Tournament; the first such tournament held in St. Louis.

Ms. Williams joined Hilliker Corporation in 1994 to assist its property management team.  She also obtained her Missouri Salesperson Real Estate License in 1994.  Due to her effectiveness while working with tenants, maintaining high account retention and her close attention to details with contractors and project management, she has become successful in delivering the results property owners want.  For over 15 years, Ms. Williams has been the primary property manager for Hilliker Corporation and now leads the team in managing over 45 properties.
