Remember Stix, Baer & Fuller, one of the area’s well-known retailers? Hilliker Corporation recently sold its original 440,000-square-foot office and distribution warehouse. Deemed one of the largest single level warehouses in the country when built nearly 60 years ago, this $2 million- plus sale featured a 10-acre building on 17 acres in Pagedale.
Despite tightening industrial building inventory in St. Louis, Hilliker Corporation currently has more than 65 industrial properties for sale or lease in the greater St. Louis marketplace. These include the newer listings of over 400,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space at Union Seventy Center, a 160,000 sq.ft. warehouse building in St. Clair, and over 120,000 sq.ft. of space at the Bowles Center in Fenton.
