Crushed Red Urban Bake & Chop shop, which has restaurants at 8007 Maryland Ave. in Clayton and at 140 S. Kirkwood Rd. in Kirkwood, will open its third location in Creve Coeur in April, 2015.
The new 3,300-square-foot property is located at 11635 Olive Blvd. on the CityPlace Campus, a mixed-use development that includes office, retail, medical and residential space. Crushed Red is doing a complete conversion of the space, which was previously a hair salon. Renovations include updating utility systems, adding a kitchen and ventilation system for an exhaust hood, providing a dining area, and making wheelchair accessible restrooms.
Hilliker Corporation agent Powell Kalish represented the tenant, Crushed Red, with the lease. Pace Properties Eric Sedgewick represented the landlord, REDICO.
